Spanish Interpreting and InterpretationBruton Translations provides Spanish-English and English-Spanish interpreting services in the Triangle and surrounding areas. We are experienced in medical, legal, and educational interpretations. All of our interpreters are bilingual professionals who have been trained in patient confidentiality laws and translation ethics. Our rates are among the lowest in the Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill areas of North Carolina at only $35 per hour. For areas outside the Triangle, including Fayetteville, Wilson, Rocky Mount, Greensboro and Winston-Salem, we charge $40 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.
